For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].

• In the contact form: your names, e-mail, WhatsApp, wedding date and location, how you found us, your message and any other answers you choose to send.
• Together with the enquiry, where the visit came from: the landing page, the page where the form was sent, the referring site, the site language and campaign parameters (UTM), when present. No cookies are used for this.
• Browsing statistics, only if you accept analytics: which pages are visited and how people find the site, in aggregate, through Google Analytics.
• When you write to us directly on WhatsApp or by e-mail, the conversation stays on those platforms.

• To reply to your enquiry, check the availability of your date, send our proposal and, if we work together, prepare the contract and the work.
• To understand how enquiries reach us.
• To improve the site with browsing statistics, only with your consent.

We don’t sell data and we don’t use it for advertising.

Legal bases: steps prior to a contract at your request, for the enquiry; legitimate interest, to know where the enquiry came from; and consent, for browsing analytics (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, items V, IX and I; for those in the European Union, GDPR art. 6(1)(b), (f) and (a)).

• Railway: hosting of the site and its database, where enquiries sent through the form are stored. Region: US East (Virginia, United States).
• Cloudflare: delivery and protection of the site; storage of the site’s photos and of the database backups (Cloudflare R2, Eastern North America region); and page performance measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics), with no cookies and no measurement of visitors from the European Union.
• Google (Google Analytics 4): browsing statistics, only if you accept. No advertising or remarketing features.

These providers are based outside Brazil, so data may be processed in other countries. All three provide safeguards for this kind of transfer in their data protection terms.

• Enquiries: kept in the site’s admin panel, accessible only to us, until we delete them or you ask us to.
• Clients who booked with us: for as long as needed for the contract and the work, for tax and legal obligations and for the defence of rights.
• Database backups: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.

• ot_consent (Os Tartari’s): remembers your cookie choice. Necessary. Lasts 12 months.
• _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics): browsing statistics, only after you accept. They last up to 2 years and are renewed on each visit.
• With analytics accepted, where your visit came from is also kept in the browser for the session only (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close the tab.
• Our team uses their own login cookies in the site admin; these don’t apply to visitors.

If you decline analytics, the site works normally and no Google cookies are created.

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and request access, correction, deletion, portability and information on who it was shared with, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to [email protected].

If you feel it necessary, you can also contact a data protection authority: ANPD in Brazil, or the authority in your country in the European Union (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
